En la misma sart\u00e9n ponemos la cebolla junto con el ajo y piment\u00f3n; al cristalizarse la cebolla vamos poco a poco agregando el caldo de carne y mezclamos. Agregamos los tomates, el laurel, la cucharadita de az\u00facar, la nuez moscada y por \u00faltimo la cerveza.
